And Then...She Got Healthy!

You know what's super cool??? I discovered that there's a place that will deliver organic produce right to my house. Right to my doorstep. It's fan-freaking-tastic! I got my first delivery this week and I'm really impressed and encouraged to eat healthy food -- after all, it's right there, waiting for me and I'm not going to waste it.

Here's the deal. The organics company chooses what they're going to send me in each batch. Do we hear variety anyone?? It keeps me from choosing the same old thing all the time, which is good. Of course, I can edit the delivery so if there's something I really, really don't want, I can substitute. For example, this week I was supposed to get a fennel bulb as part of the produce. What the heck do you do with that? I replaced it with carrots. Carrots, I know.

Anyhow, I love that I have a counter full of veggies and an overflowing bowl of fruit. Here's to helping my family eat healthy!

If you'd like more info on this place, they're located at: They might deliver to your community too.

Have a great day!

Supernatural - Season 7 (so far)

Okay, so after the big deal I made about Supernatural last year, I'm behind giving y'all a post this year. I'm just going to come right out and say: Holy Freaking Cow!!!

I have to admit, I was worried, but wow! What a difference this year! I can't believe the change. This year is awesome. This is the Supernatural we've come to expect and it's great. So far, I've been really impressed with the direction things are going. The chemistry between the characters is there and the monsters they're fighting are reminiscent of season one without duplicating them.

I can't say much because I know I have readers who don't have the new season available to them yet, but guys! It will be worth the wait.

Well done, Supernatural crew, and PLEASE keep up the excellent work!!

Chance of Snow!! Shifting Snows!!

In less than one month, I'll have a new book out from a new publisher -- new to me anyway! Chance of Snow will release from MLR Press on December 2. Here's what it's all about:

When an unexpected snowstorm strands co-workers Brennan Myers and Rory Mills just before Christmas, they reveal secret desires they’ve each harbored—desires they can no longer resist. With a little spanking and a bit of bondage and a garland of gold tinsel, they explore each other, but when the cold light of day dawns, each wonders if this will be more than just a one-night affair. Will they both get what they most want for Christmas or will it be another holiday alone?

Happy holiday, right!? It was an awesome book to write and one that's been churning around inside me for a long time. I'm thrilled that I was able to finally write it. I'll share the cover as soon as I have it.

Then, the following week on December 7, I'll have Shifting Snows from Resplendence Publishing. The book is unrelated to Chance of Snow, the similar titles coincidental. Shifting Snows is book 12 in Resplendence's year-long Phases series. This one is a super-menage featuring Snow Leopards.

Six Sentence Sunday - 11/6/2011

Happy Sunday! It's Six Sentence Sunday and here's my snippet of the week. It's from Orgasmatron, available at Resplendence Publishing.

“Prysm,” she told it…him…the, uh, bot.
“Prysm,” he repeated with an added growl to his voice. “Remove your clothes. Now.”
She blinked at Friday—her Friday bot, anyway.
“Now, Prysm,” he repeated, those life-like eyes probing hers.

Have a great week! For more Six Sentences, go HERE.

Hi everyone! It's that time of year when I've been doing all those health things. Eye appointments, dentists, doctors, immunizations, the big squish, etc. I feel as if I've been at one of the offices daily for a couple weeks, though I haven't quite. Anyhoo...making sure this author person is in the pink of health!

I'm also in the process of some home improvements. My new deck (and first) deck is being put in this week and the carpet in the "boys" bathroom is getting ripped out and replaced with tile later this month. And I need to ask... Who thought carpet in an entire bathroom was a good idea???

Beyond that, I've been busy writing. It feels as if it's been all male/male all the time at my house. It's just how the schedule fell. I'm finishing up the last one and I just completed edits on another. then I'm on to a glorious super menage! Hold your saddles! It's not Daly Way, but that one will be coming (cough cough) very soon!!

Mail-a-palooza update: mail will be going out this week. I need to get a few addresses first, so it's only one trip to the post office :-)

Have a great week!!
